Field Trip
It is hard to believe that Leila is almost done with Kindergarten. She has learned a lot and made lots of new friends. She learned to jumprope, read, do math, geography and much much more. Leila you are a good friend, excellent student, great sister and a wonderful daughter. I love you!

Our life
Ok, I just thought I would do a bit of an update since I haven't in a while.
Lucy is walking all over the place. She started taking her first few steps about 2 weeks ago and now she is all over the place. She is also getting more vocal. Saying things like "eng-oo" (translation- Thank You), Leila... Grandma Burgoyne arrived today and Lucy is loving giving her cuddles and playing peek-a-boo around the fireplace.
Mia is enjoying preschool that we are doing now once a week with friends and then at home here and there. She really enjoys getting outside and playing in the grass or mud or whatever is out there.
Leila is excelling in school and loves reading. She has gotten really good at jumping rope and even jumped 100 times the other day. She can jump forwards, backwards and on one foot.
Sam is busily looking for a job, catching up on home projects.
Erica has had a stuffed up head for a few weeks with allergies, ugh. But will get through. She's enjoying the nice weather and the flowers that are blooming everywhere and all the butterflies all around. True signs of spring.
Family News- There have been A LOT of births lately in the family. The girls have lots of new cousins- Matt, Abigail, Andrew, Finn and Todd all born in the past four months or so. We are so happy to have the family grow and for our girls to have such great family to grow up with. These electronics sure make it easier. If any of you have skype let us know because we would love to set up a video call sometimes with the cousins.
My brother Brad and wife Kelli, kids Cole and Finn moved about an hour and 45 mins away! We got to see them the other weekend. It was so nice to be around family and have the cousins play together. And soon, we just got the news that Matt, Amy and baby Todd will be moving out here too. What a blessing to have family near by.
My mom flew in this morning and will be here for a week. We all love her so much and are so happy to have her here with us.
Well, that's about it. Sam does not get his BAR results until mid May and I am sure we will have a post when we find out the results.
